These Terms and Conditions govern the use and purchase of the software Developer’s Dateware (hereinafter referred to as “the Software”) offered by Thadware and Associates (hereinafter referred to as “We” or “Our”). By accessing, using, or purchasing the Software, you (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. License of Use

Upon purchasing and activating a Premium license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the Software in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This license allows you to use the Software as an advanced date conversion tool for developers, which offers:

• Instant date conversions, optimizing your workflow.
• Automation of conversion and calculation processes to enhance efficiency.
• Use of the Software across different platforms and programming languages.

The Software supports over 100 date formats, making date management and conversion straightforward. Using our tool will significantly reduce time and errors compared to manual methods, leading to a substantial increase in productivity and code reliability.

We also offer a Free Demo version of the Software, subject to the limitations described in Section 3.

2. Free Demo Version

We offer a Free Demo version (hereinafter referred to as “Demo”) of the Software that allows you to explore all features for 30 days at no cost. By using the Demo, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. At the end of the trial period, you must purchase a Premium license to continue using the Software without interruption.

3. Software Features

The Software offers two versions: Free Demo and Premium. The features of each version are as follows:

Free Demo ($0):

• Free access for 30 days.
• Access to all Software features.
• Support for over 100 date formats.
• API integration.
• Email support.
• Access to all functionalities.

Premium ($20 per User):

• Price per user.
• API integration.
• Email support.

4. Purchase and Activation Process (Premium)

1. Purchase: To acquire a Premium license for the Software, you must complete the purchase process on our website www.datentimeware.com.
2. Payment: You must make the payment corresponding to the license price.
3. Activation Code: Once payment is confirmed, we will send you an activation code to the email address provided during the purchase process.
4. Activation: To activate the Premium license, you must enter the activation code in the Software interface.

5. Price and Payment (Premium)

The price of the Premium license is $20 per user and is stated on our website. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice. Payment will be made through the available payment methods on our website.

6. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, sell, rent, or transfer the Software to third parties.
• Use the Software for illegal purposes or in violation of third-party rights.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass the Software’s security measures.
• Use the Demo for commercial purposes once the trial period has ended.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Technical Support

We offer technical support via email to resolve issues related to the use of the Software. We do not guarantee an immediate response, but we will do our best to respond to your inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Limited Warranty (Premium)

We guarantee that the Premium Software will function substantially. If the Software does not meet this warranty, our sole responsibility will be to correct the defect. The Demo is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption.

11. Termination

We may terminate this agreement if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination of the agreement, you must cease using the Software and destroy all copies of it.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon their publication on our website.
